Premiere Design Solutions, Inc (PDS) served as the prime consultant responsible for providing professional engineering services to the Broward County Pollution Prevention, Remediation and Air Quality Division for an Air Quality Platform Deck located at the Sabal Pines Park in Coconut Creek, Broward County, Florida. PDS’s responsibilities for this project included preparation of plans, coordination of civil engineering design, structural engineering design, electrical and photometric design, utility coordination, and construction management. 

Our staff assisted in code compliance for the design of the 12 feet by 12 feet raised platform with stairs, which was constructed of recycled composite wood and was elevated three feet above grade. The final project included six GFCI Duplex receptacles, 20 AMP, 125V with Intermatic WP1010 equivalent weatherproof covers, with electrical work being completed by the City of Coconut Creek Public Works Department.
